Wash and dry all produce. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut @fingerling potatoes{24%oz} in half lengthwise. Halve, peel, and very thinly slice @shallot{1%unit}.

Toss potatoes on a #baking sheet{} with a drizzle of @vegetable oil{8%teaspoon}, @dried thyme{1%teaspoon}, and a pinch of @salt{} and @pepper. Roast in oven until golden and crisped, ~{20%minutes} to ~{25%minutes} total.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Season @pork tenderloin{24%oz} all over with salt and pepper. Add to pan and cook, turning occasionally, until browned all over, ~{6%minutes} to ~{8%minutes}. Transfer to another baking sheet and continue roasting in oven to desired doneness, ~{8%minutes} to ~{12%minutes}.

While pork cooks, toss @broccoli florets{16%oz} in a #medium bowl{} with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove potatoes from oven after they have roasted ~{10%minutes}. Toss them and push toward one side of the sheet. Spread broccoli on the other side. Return to oven and roast until potatoes are done and broccoli is tender and lightly browned, ~{12%minutes} to ~{15%minutes} more.

When starting pork, lower heat under the pan to medium. Add shallot and a drizzle of oil. Cook, tossing, until lightly browned, ~{4%minutes} to ~{5%minutes}. Pour in @balsamic vinegar{10%tbsp} and let simmer until reduced by half. Stir in @cherry preserves{2%tbsp} and 1 tbsp water. Season with salt, pepper, and up to @sugar{1%tsp} (you may use less). Remove pan from heat, add @butter{1%tbsp}, and stir until melted.

After pork reaches desired doneness, return it to the pan with the glaze. Toss pork to coat throughly. Remove pork to a cutting board and let rest ~{1%minutes} to ~{2%minutes}, then slice. Divide pork among plates, spoon remaining glaze over top. Serve with broccoli and potatoes.
